Meet The CEO

Voncha (Von-Shay) is the owner of Shayded by Voncha, based in Michigan. She loves to experience the different shades of life. Voncha, who welcomes her family and friends to call her Shay, has always worn and loves lipgloss of all shades. One evening while applying her lipgloss just because, she decided to venture out and create her own brand, because of how having beautiful and glossy lips makes her feel. She wanted to share that same experience with everyone, so Shayded by Voncha was created. From the ingredients, shades of colors and names of the shades, Shay believes it's very important to have that genuine love for what we apply to our lips. So there's no type just shade - value yours just as much as Shay.
